On February 1st 2013, I introduced a blog spot mainly connected to Medical advice and postings on health issues to be shared with good friends & relatives. This all begun when my good friend Rommel Lobo would forwad health postings which I found useful and picked up a few good points & advice which I do follow, and equally have been told other folks found useful.
As from today, I decided to keep this blog spot active and I have released 4 new postings all titled 2018 which can be accessed below or from the blog HOME Page.

P.S. Sorry I have observed some missing links and photos which I will work to correct.
